Competing at national level for Powerlifting and overcoming a ruptured pec tendon to win NZPF Nationals 2019 u120kg class. I also have run multiple high level powerlifting meets.
I love training because it provides a regular challenge that requires me to push myself in order to progress. The resilience and confidence you gain from overcoming these challenges is something that has been a hugely positive influence on my life and I believe can benefit anyone!
Powerlifting and strength development is my specialty and passion.
There's something incredibly rewarding in guiding someone through challenges, seeing their progress, and witnessing those moments when they finally achieve something they once thought was beyond them.
I love getting to know and work with a range of new people who are wanting to reach their strength goals. I'm approachable, results-driven, and passionate about building strength, confidence, and resilience in every client. I believe in open communication, so don't hesitate to share your goals and expectations.
I understand the importance of foundational strength training, and I tailor each session to my client's level, gradually progressing as they build confidence and skill. I also highly value community and fostering a supportive environment where people can connect and grow, not just individually but as part of a team.

Blues Awards Recipient Recognised by the University of Canterbury Canterbury Powerlifting Provincial Record Holder.
I love training because it allows me to progress and get stronger, both mentally and physically. I value the discipline training has instilled in me to consistently show up, and it also helps me destress. The gym community is also a huge part of why I love training—many of my close friends are involved in the gym.
My main focus is powerlifting and helping people get stronger to reach the competition platform. However, I also have experience coaching for weight loss, nutrition, and muscle gain, so I'm open to working with everyone!
I love coaching because I enjoy watching my clients improve and get stronger. My coaching philosophy centres on building trust and results, finding the best approach that works for each person.
I'm all about building positive coaching relationships with my clients through trust. I'm passionate about all sports and always open for a chat. I'm also interested in all things science-related and enjoy learning from the latest sports science info.
